In fact the house was so greatly improved that a third party, Dagwood, offered to buy the house from Robotman once it was his to sell for $675,000.00). Snoopy saw the house and decided to move in himself, and advised Robotman that he would not be completing the transaction. He said it was never his real legal intent to sell. Robotman sued Snoopy.
