Snurdley subscribes to a porno movie service called "Smut of the Month Club". He gets dirty movies depicting adults in the mail every month and watches them, at home, alone. The police break in during one of these screenings, and Snurdley is arrested and later convicted of private possession of obscene material. Will his conviction stand?
