So I actually have to combine 2 questions the first one is:

"Write a value returning function, isVowel, that returns the value true if a given character is vowed and otherwise returns false"

I also have to combine that question with this question:

"Write a program that prompts the user to input a sequence of characters and outputs the number of vowels."

Just kind of stuck on what to do on this one.
