So i have to interview one of the following people a banker that does loan work, an accountant, a mortgage broker, a certified financial planner, or a CPA and i have not been able to find anyone. If one of you can help me i would appreciate it.

2. what types of projects do you loan to

3. how can a business get funding

4. how do I buy a house

5. what problem areas do I need to look for when reading an amortization schedule

6. Why do we have a good faith estimate and is it of any use, are all banks equal

7. How hard is it to refinance a house that you acquired with hard money

8. How many years work experience is needed to get a loan for a house

9. Why do some get pre approved for a loan but the loan ends up falling

10. If you could go back would you change what you do for a living
