so i need to draw a conceptual framework model using the information ; 3 Conceptual Framework

The conceptual framework for this study is grounded in the Relational View (RV) and Resource-Based View (RBV) theories, which suggest that firms can gain a competitive advantage by integrating their processes with other players in the supply chain. In the context of the Ghana Navy, this translates into the integration of Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices within the organization.

1. Current SCM Practices in the Ghana Navy (Independent Variable): This construct encompasses various facets of SCM, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, maintenance, and supply chain risk management. The aim is to explore and analyze the current state of these practices within the Ghana Navy.

2. Internal Integration (Mediating Variable): This construct represents the degree to which different parts of the Ghana Navy are interconnected and work together effectively. It includes aspects such as communication, coordination, and collaboration within the organization. According to the RV theory, supplier integration may not have an impact on performance unless internal integration is also present.

3. Performance of the Ghana Navy (Dependent Variable): This construct represents the performance of the Ghana Navy, which can be gauged through indicators such as operational readiness, mission success rate, cost efficiency, and service quality. The study seeks to determine the influence of SCM practices and internal integration on these performance indicators.

4. Strategies for Enhancing SCM Practices (Outcome): This construct is an outcome or response to the investigation into SCM practices and their impact on the Ghana Navy's performance. Based on the findings, this research will propose strategies to improve these practices, covering areas such as technology adoption, personnel training, process enhancement, relationship management with suppliers, and risk management measures.

This framework suggests that the current SCM practices in the Ghana Navy (independent variable) influence the performance of the Ghana Navy (dependent variable), and this relationship is mediated by the degree of internal integration within the organization. The outcome of the study is the development of strategies for enhancing SCM practices in the Ghana Navy. Kindly also note that the research study is titled ;"SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: A CASE OF GHAN NAVY. so kindly draw a good conceptual framework for the study .This is what i did initially ; and my supervisor commented saying ; The configuration of this conceptual model is inappropriate. Just take a good research article and review how the conceptual framework is configured or presented.
