So im struggling with my business law assigntment, theres 3 questions.

1. so both parties meet and discussed about the product That the offeror offers. The offeree actually interested and decided which products that she's interested in. They parted after wards and the offeree said there's no binding contract. For 1st question, is this considered as a breach of contracts? Or this case didnot meet the requirements of a legal contacts? And which law cases that could be applied to this case,

b. While having drinks, they were both in good mood. Both agreed they would enter into a contract for educational products. However, before they went into further details, Ashley started to flirt with Adam and their conversation diverted to other matters. Ashley said jokingly that Adam is handsome and she would not mind buying anything that he has to offer. Adam, distracted by Ashley's flirting, only told Ashley the general products his company sells, but did not state in details what are each of the categories of products he is selling. However, on the next day, when Adam woke up beside Ashley, he alleged that they have already discussed and agreed that Ashley will buy all products that Adam offers. Question is, Is this even considered as a contract? Because it got vitiated by a factor called intoxicated, and what law cases that match with this case/situation?

c. Ashley and Adam met at the bar and they found out that they are in the same education industry. The next day, they met to the details of the sale. They agreed to all terms and Adam found out that Ashley is actually the owner of a major distributor of education products in her hometown. One week after they signed the contract, Adam discovered though Ashely is the founder of the business, she is a minor and for now, her father is the caretaker CEO of the company. Ashley kept reassuring Adam that she will be turning 18 (years old) in a week and she will honour the contract. Well this contract is also got vitiated because of one of the party is a minor, question is, can this contract be continued? Or even tho adam waited for a week for ashely to turn 18, will this contract be enforced? Im very very confused
