So im supposed to pretend i am an auditor and to write about any outstanding lawsuits of Activision Blizzard. I know that they have a very prominent lawsuit going right now for workplace discrimination and sexual harassment.

Here is my question: I have to write the impact of the lawsuit on the AUDIT, but im not quite sure how an active lawsuit affects an ongoing audit. All i can think of is that there is more inherent risk with all the provided documents and that internal controls would be assumed to be ineffective.

For the next part/question i have to recommend audit procedures that Activision Blizzard should do for litigations and claims
