so one element of a contract is consideration which means the exchange of something of value by the parties. It also means a seal needs to be include. My question is if the value that was exchanged was 9 million dollars and the privilege for a company to use your idea but there was no seal is the element implied here or not. one important part is that offeree was drunk when this contract was made. is the element used or not here in this situation
