You should work on this lab in groups of two to four. The reason for this lab is to help you understand a mple database. You may use Access database software, which is part of Windows Office. Cell phones are great. But what happens if your phone gets dropped in water or gets stolen. You uld use all of your contacts. Yes, there are apps out there to store your contacts, but if you build your wn database of contacts, you can access the data from your phone or you can store it on the cloud and et it from anywhere, even if your phone is not working. Your task is to plan a database which contains a contact list. For each person, business, or other ntact you will need to keep a name, an address, including city, state and zip code. You should have a ace for up to three phone numbers (cell, business, and land-line), although you may not need to use any the three spaces in the database. Also a column for e-mail address might be useful. A separate table containing codes and their descriptions would be useful. For example Code "F," escription-Friend," or B"-"Business Associate." "R"-"Relative," and BF"-Business associate that also a friend. Plan what your database table will look like.
