Software Project Idea and Software Life Cycle Objective:

The objective of this assignment is to give students an opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in software development by coming up with a software project idea, and following the software life cycle with details on what they should do by organizing their work into sprints on Trello and following the progress on Gantt diagram. Instructions:

1. Come up with a software project idea: Your software project idea should be realistic and feasible. It should be relevant to the course and should demonstrate your understanding of the software development process. The project should be original and should not be a copy of an existing project.

2. Software Life Cycle: You should follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) in the development of your project. The SDLC is a process that consists of several phases including: Requirements gathering and analysis (Use case diagram / class diagram ) Design Implementation Testing Deployment Maintenance

3. Organizing your work into sprints: You should organize your work into sprints on Trello. Sprints are short periods of time (typically 2-4 weeks) during which a specific set of tasks or goals are accomplished. You should create a Trello board for your project and add all the tasks you need to complete in each sprint.

4. Following the progress on Gantt diagram: You should use a Gantt diagram to track the progress of your project. A Gantt diagram is a visual representation of the tasks and milestones of a project, and how they are related to each other. You should update the Gantt diagram regularly to show the progress of your project.
