Solid medicinal forms

Write the prescription of:

1. Prescribe 20 g power of streptocide (Streptocidum). Put on the damaged parts of skin.
2. Prescribe 14 powders, containing 2 dg of Chinine nitrate (Chinini nitras) and 4 mg of benzoic acid (Acidum benzoicum). Use 1 powder 3 times a day.
3. 12 divided powders, containing 3 dmg of atropine sulfate (Atropini sulfas). Use 1 powder 3 times a day.
4. Dermatological powder (50g), containing 1% of Tolnaftate for powdering of foot 2 times a day.
5. 40 tablets, containing Sucralfate1 g, for treatment of peptic ulcer using 2 tablets 2 times a day.
6. 10 tablets with generic name "Citramonum" for usage 1 tablet while headache.
7. 60 capsules, containing 125 mg of Vancomycin hydrochloride for use 1 capsule 4 times a day.
8. 20 dragee, containing 50 mg of Nitrazepam (Nitrazepamum). Use 1 dragee 1 times a day at night.
