Joe was raising 100 red coloured cattle to sell for a profit in the future. He woke up one morning to find the cattle gone. He reported the loss to the police. There were rumors that a large green cattle truck had been seen around his farm the day before they went missing. Two months later Joe was driving north of his farm when he saw 100 red coloured cattle in a field. He immediately thought they were his cattle. Joe went to the owner Mike and said he told Mike his story about his "lost" cattle, Mike calmly told Joe he had bought those cattle about 2 months ago so while he felt badly for Joe, the cattle were Mike's. He allowed Joe to go check the cattle and when Joe did, sure enough, they were his cattle his as proven by the tags in their ears. Mike said he would not give the cattle back to Joe the Farmer.
