Finally, some people brag a lot about their achievements in their Facebook posts. These people may also frequently update detail their dietary and exercise habits. For some people, this may be a way to express their own physical fitness and attractiveness. These types of Facebook users were likely to score high on a measure of narcissism. Their strategy seems to work, too. Posts about achievements tended to bring about more likes and comments. This gives the narcissists the attention they are seeking. These results are preliminary.
