Solving for how to maximize resources

If one doctor who own and manages a chain of clinics is thinking of employing less of MDs and more of RNs because the doctor reasoned that the marginal product per peso spent on RNs is greater than the marginal product per peso spent on MDs.

Then, assuming daily wag of an MD is at PHP1,000 and the daily wage of an RN is at PHP300.00, how many MDs and RNs should one hire in order to maximize resources?
