The Z problem-solving model was created to support effective problem resolution and decision-making processes. The model works by exploring ways of maximizing the core strengths described in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). According to Myers-Briggs, the four main personality preferences include sensing, intuition, feeling, and thinking (Kovach, 2020). The Z problem-solving model strengthens the sensing feeling by enabling an individual to focus on reality and identified facts. The model also supports the intuition sense by supporting a future and big picture thinking. Nevertheless, the model supports the thinking personality preference by ensuring free and logical reasoning and ensuring analytical approach to problem solving.
