Some excellent steps that the university can take on Covid 19 protocols with respect to its duty of care to students, teachers, faculty, and administrators. Here is a follow-up question: Does the school have a heightened duty of care as it relates to the more vulnerable populous that is predisposed to medical ailments or complications? Does/should the school have to go "above and beyond" and undergo additional safety measures for individuals who are on camps which fall in this category?
