Some have mentioned that one of the cons is that Intelligence-led policing is not clear to define. There has seem to be a pattern with terminologies that deal with homeland security, national security terrorism, extremism, radicalism, to name a few. In your opinion, do you find that most terms are difficult to define? What do you find to be the primary factor in finding a universal meaning in terms that are detrimental to protecting the United States? And why?
