Some legal experts in combination with some psychologists feel that remedies like those available in sexual harassment cases tend to encourage litigation. Some say that people need to learn to adapt to the style of their company of employers and if there were no heavy damages available then mybe people would just adjust.... they argue that we have as a society become "too sensitive"....What are your thoughts about things like this?
