Some nations exercise extraterritorial application of some of their laws. While not permitting other laws to be applied outside that nation's borders. What are some of the implications of applying domestic laws to conduct outside the nation's borders? Why would a country apply only some of its laws extraterritorially? Would it make more sense to either apply all of its laws to all of its laws to all of its citizens wherever they happen to be or only apply its laws to persons within its borders?
