Some politicians have been known to complain about the liberal lean of higher education faculty. To determine if in fact higher education is dominated by left-wing faculty members, a researcher assesses the political leanings of a random sample of 150 faculty members. He found that 67 of them were liberal, 47 were moderate, and 36 were conservative. Test the null hypothesis that all three political positions are equally held among higher education faculty (=0.01).
