Some say the "Boundaryless Organization" is the way of the future. Many employees will not work in traditional offices, but from their homes, subcontracting work from and/or out to other employees or organizations. Think of an organization that could be run in this way. What would should be produced or who/what would receive service? How many employees are needed? What special resources are needed to do the job? What new technologies can be used?
