Some would say that Utility ethics do not care how the consequences are reached as long as goodwill results from the action and minimizes damage or pain, which in layman terms is that the means justify the end.

The big thing to consider we live in a grey world... very little is black and white.. although we discuss black and white every day... how do we reconcile the thought processes when we consider business choices?
