Something at work that I was motivated to do was to put together an event to help students with basic essential needs (ex: housing support, food security, financial resources, etc.). It was motivating because I truly enjoy helping others. It's hard out here for a lot of people and I just wanted to bring everyone together to network and share resources. Something at home that I wasn't motivated to do was going back to the gym lol. Every since I came back from my cruise this past September, it's been hard to get back in the routine of exercising. I used to go a few times a week including personal training, but after taking those 10 days off to go on a cruise, it has thrown me off track and caused me to lack motivation. Now I am in school and between that and working full time, I'm trying to find that balance and motivation to go back consistently. can give me feedback for this
