Sometimes intoxication can be a bar to having a valid contract because the intoxicated person did not have "capacity" to enter into a contract. Do you have sympathy for intoxicated people that make contractual agreements while intoxicated? Should the law ever allow them to back out of deals when they sober up? After all, no one forced them to ingest intoxicants. Should the law be more lenient or stricter than it currently is? Or is it is reasonable to let someone that is intoxicated out of an agreement?
