One of the disgruntled former presidential candidates, Dr Twesi recorded a video wherein he was swearing himself in as the President. He argued that the Electoral Commission had refused to announce him as the winner, even though he had rightfully won the election. He therefore proceeded to swear himself into office as "President". A few days later, he was charged with the offence of treason. Was this justifiable?.
