You have been appointed as national coach for a youth employment incentive by a major blue$-$chip organisation which aims to employ and integrate a pool of youth from a disadvantaged settlement near their box manufacturing plant. The intention is to qualify them with artisanal skills suitable for the intended employment and to develop their careers.
