Say I enter into a contract with someone (Sipho) drunk unknowingly to provide catering whilst drunk Sipho accidentallysends me the address for the graduation party. On the day of the function, I discover that Sipho had given the wrong address for party venue, the venue had been closed for Covid 19 and Sipho was informed a week ago. I call Sipho whoclaims that he does not remember the graduation party. I am now stranded with food that will expire and i suffer heart attack. I am stressed since doctors are talking about my underlying medical condition.
