Please answer the following questions: 1. SOB wants to know payback period of this project. Suppose the cutoff period is 6 years. Based on the decision rule for payback period, determine whether SOB should accept or reject this project. Show your work and provide reasons for your answer. 2. Suppose the appropriate discount rate is 14%, and SOB wants to know the net present value (NPV) of this project. Based on the NPV decision rule, determine whether SOB should accept or reject this project. Show your work and provide reasons for your answer. 3.
