The Southwest Transit marketing team needs to have strong interpersonal skills, be high performing, comfortable with fast moving demanding conditions, and detail oriented. To promote the success of this project, the management team has selected six individuals that will be successful in completing the assigned project. The management team will also continue to motivate the formed team to ensure achievement through specified theories and strategies. We do predict that some challenges or conflicts may occur, but expect that this will be managed by strategies and a shared team vision. Six Member Team Selection An individual's behavior can be driven by various diverse factors "relating to the person" including physical factors, personal and emotional factors, life experiences, personal needs and wants (NSW Government, 2020). Each of the six members selected for the Southwest Transit team have diverse factors that drive their behavior. By analyzing each member's tendencies and characteristics, factors that drive behavior are identified.
