(Spa/ salon business plan )Use of key terms and concepts from the course (must use course materials {{textbook}} as sources for content, if
you exhaust using the course materials as support, then you can supplement your material with outside research).
In other words, the textbook must be cited inside the body of your document and terms used.
o Some questions may require going outside of the textbook by their nature. Be sure to check to the
textbook first, then proceed to the outside source. When using an outside source, try not to only
copy/paste from the webpage long paragraphs or blocks of text. Incorporate the content you need from
the webpage into your own thoughts, if possible. Be sure to cite to your outside source.
When discussing the legal concepts in each bullet point, start by including definitions and descriptions of key
terms from the course textbook to reiterate the material. Cite to the textbook definition.
Direct page or source citations to information used in the fulfillment of the assignment each time source
information is included in the response; use text/pdf/ppt from the course as reference materials anytime you can;
use outside materials only if the question/response cannot be answered by our course materials
Student can select double or single spaced. There is no set page requirement, however, be sure to answer and
respond to topic areas fully and completely. Be thorough and discuss concepts and give examples. Understand
this is a legal final paper. I am expecting this document to be comprehensive and relatively full and dense; it
should take at least a few pages to answer these items at a minimal level.
Document should be professional looking and stylized as a professional document. Format for the document is up
to the student but must include all responses and all sub-questions as main section headers for organizational
purposes.
Ability to include relevant legal terms and concepts and apply to the students chosen business is key. Full and
complete discussion and application of concepts also key to earning full credit.
