Special Agent Dobbs, an FBI agent, works in the field to track terrorists, including domestic terrorists. He has been working undercover at a bar frequented by suspected militia men (believed to be domestic terrorists). While serving drinks one day, Agent Dobbs sees a young man walk in and look a bit lost. The young man, Dylan, has never been to the bar, has no criminal record, and does not know anyone there. He is simply looking for a new group of friends after his best friend and girlfriend made a fool of him in front of everyone he knew. Agent Dobbs, talks to Dylan, learns his story, and convinces Dylan he needs to buy an illegal gun if he wants to hang around the bar and be accepted. Dylan reluctantly agrees, even though he has never touched a gun in his life. When the purchase is made, the FBI arrests Dylan.
