Speedy Mitch built a keyboard using plans Speedy Mitch found posted on the internet, but Speedy Mitch unreasonably didn't follow the plans when he constructed the keyboard. Speedy Mitch then sold the keyboard to Hank who was injured when the keyboard exploded because it hadn't been built according to the plans.

After the explosion Hank was taken to the Hospital emergency room ("ER") where he signed a consent form authorizing Dr. Joe, the emergency room doctor, to perform a surgical procedure called Surgery X. But, instead Dr. Joe performed Surgery Y, a different procedure than Surgery X. Also, while in the emergency room Hank ran into Brett, a friend, who worked at the University. And then Brett told Hank that Mac was negotiating with the University, which wanted to hire Mac to tutor students on how to remain confident while taking an exam. Hank, however, told Brett that Mac had been convicted of several felonies arising from his days as a Greek. Although what Hank told Brett was false, Hank believed what he said was true. And because of what Hank told Brett the University didn't hire Mac.

A. What cause(s) of action should Hank use if he sues Speedy Mitch for Hank's injuries? Discuss.

B. What torts has Hank committed? Discuss.

C. Has Dr. Joe, the ER doctor, committed any intentional torts? If so, discuss.
