Spot all the issues and address them, the more issues addressed, the better. (USA BUSINESS LAW)

A year ago, New York resident Monica Kim's husband of twenty years, Khalil, died, leaving Monica with little income and lots of debt, including outstanding medical bills of more than $50,000. Monica has two teenaged daughters to support. She did not work while her children were small, but when the younger started middle school, she earned her master's degree and then began working part-time at the local library, earning $2500 per month. Since her husband's death, she has also received $1500 in Social Security benefits and $1100 in life insurance proceeds every month, for a total monthly income of $5100. Monica and Khalil purchased their home for $500,000 in 2010 and have remodeled it extensively. Their original mortgage was for $400,000, but they refinanced once to incorporate the costs of the home addition they completed in 2013. Janet's currently monthly payment on their home is $2700. The year before Khalil died, the couple hired Steve's Construction to perform a kitchen renovation. Steve and his crew finished the renovation, but Monica never made the final payment for $20,000. She purchased all new appliances on credit from Best Buy and has not made any payment since Khalil died. She has also neglected payments on their Visa credit card balance of $7,000 (15% APR interest) and Mastercard of $4000 (17% APR). She has continued making monthly payments on her two-year-old Mazda, and her daughters drive themselves to school every day in the family's old Volvo, which is paid off and worth $4900. Monica is current on all her taxes, but still owes $37,000 in student loans that she took to complete master's degree. Monica is still reeling from her husband's unexpected death, and creditors are calling her night and day. In fact, Khalil was always the bookkeeper in their home, so Monica is not even completely sure how much she owes, or to whom. It's gotten to where she is terrified to pick up the open the mail or pick up the phonethe credit card company has even called her a few times at work.
