THE ASSIGNMENT: you will be using SPSS to analyze a data set provided by the Professor. You will need to run the appropriate statistical tests to answer the provided questions. Please type up your answers to the questions in Word. Your answers can be succinct, but they have to be your own responses and reflect your own work since this is an individual assignment. Make sure to follow the examples and discussion covered in class. Tip: Remember consistent rounding! You will also have to submit your complete SPSS output file to Canvas. THE SITUATION: You work for a marketing firm in the entertainment industry. For this assignment, you will be comparing moving ratings between two popular platforms: IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes. IMDb relies heavily on user ratings, while Rotten Tomatoes aggregates both critic reviews and audience scores. Your job is to assess differences in measures of central tendency and dispersion between platforms. The goal is to identify patterns, discuss notable trends or differences between the two platforms, and assess the quality of the data.

Based on your analysis, you should draw conclusions and provide recommendations in leveraging these platforms for marketing campaigns and promotions.
