SPSS problem:

I have a dataset of employees attrition (nominal) and other variables like age(scale),gender(nominal),education(ordinal),monthly salary(scale) ..etc.

I want to know :

how each variable contribute to attrition?

which variables contribute most to attrition?

My question, which correlation analysis should I use to answer my questions? is there a way or test in SPSS to run multiple analysis for these variables at once?
