Staff training for customer service:

Policy: ANIBT Hotel is committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to all employees to equip them with the requisite skills for delivering exceptional customer service.

Procedure: The hotel provides basic training to new entrants to ensure that they understand the customer service policies, procedures, and expectations. All staff members must undergo regular in-house customer service training to reinforce their skills and knowledge. The hotel encourages on the job training and coaching through pairing of experienced staff members with new staff members. Staff members will also attend external training sessions to keep up to date with industry trends and best practices. The hotel will track and review the effectiveness of its staff training program, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
