Standard Costing and Variances Discussion

One example of standards we can all relate to is grading standards! Consider the grading standards for one of your courses and discuss the following:

1. Do you consider the standards ideal or normal? Use textbook definitions to support your position.
2. How do grading standards impact your motivation in the course?
3. Are grading standards an accurate way to evaluate student performance? Why or why not?
