The company raise 50% of its capital recquirement through debt instruments, while it has 10 million share outstanding. The company has a WACC of 10% and the following projects on its books for the coming year

project Y IRR: 9% cost 50000000

project Z IRR:11% cost 20000000

determine the maximum dividend that stars LTD can pay out if it follows a strict residual pay out policy.
