Starts Nov6 Subscribe Maybe one of the more interesting areas that the Statute of Frauds covers are prenuptial agreements, or prenups for short. Under the Statute of Frauds, any contract made in contemplation of marriage, must be in writing to be enforceable. At the time of the passing of the Statute of Frauds in most states, this was more about dowries. Today, the prenup is the much more common contract someone may deal with under this clause of the Statute of Frauds. So for today's discussion, please go research ( a google search will suffice) and find an interesting prenup to share with the class and why you think it was necessary to have it in writing. There are some really good celebrity ones, but it doesn't need to be a celebrity prenup, just one you think is interesting. Try not to duplicate your classmates posts, so you may want to look at what's been posted before you post yours. Why do you think this one is interesting. Why should it be in writing it to be enforceable
