For both the self-esteem and life satisfaction frequency table, the frequency is calculated based on the amount of time the digit is showed up in the column which makes the count for both =20.

  1. Calculate z scores for the variables of 'Average number of daily calories consumed' and 'Life Satisfaction'. Cut and paste this output into a Word document.

Below the output in Word write a report that includes the following information:

  1. For the 'number of daily calories consumed' report the z scores for participants numbers 2, 6, and 7. Looking only at the z scores discuss where these participants scored in relation to the mean and explain how you know this information.
  2. Calculate for your distribution what raw score was equal to a z score of -1.
  3. Using the z table explain what percentage of the distribution scored below this score.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the variable of 'life satisfaction'.
