BACKGROUND The pandemic Covid 19 disease, has brought with it an increase in electronic transactions as suppliers and consumers shift from a paper-based environment to a digital environment. With this shift, there are certain advantages as well as disadvantages. Persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this law may be fined or be sued in the Courts of the Island.
