State U College seniors, Duncan and Spencer, threw a party at their off-campus apartment on Skiing Lodge Rd., located about a mile from campus. Several 18 year-old freshman girls were invited and attended. Alcohol was served and available to all party guests, including the under-aged girls. One of the girls, Georgina, attempted to return to campus by driving her car while drunk. On the way, she crashed into a car driven by Pat, causing her severe injuries. Pat sues Georgina, Duncan and Spencer. The jury makes the following determinations with respect to percentages of liability: Pat 10%; Georgina 60%; Duncan 20%; Spencer 10%
