State v. Loge Opinion:

The Court's opinion contains two essential elements:

1. The Court's holding- the legal rule that the Court has decided to apply

to the facts of the case.

2. The Court's reasoning or rationale - the reasons the court gives to support its holding. In some detail discuss the reasons (rationale) the Court gives for its decision. The Court's opinion consists of how and why the Court applies principle, doctrine, and/or rule to the facts of the case. Please explain in depth
