Business organisations usually thrive on their ability to survive and compete throughout various internal and external environmental changes. However, responding to these changes successfully and maintaining organizational sustainability require an effective style of leadership which is based on the attributes, qualities and behaviours of the leading figures of these organisations.

In light of the statement above and the course readings, critically evaluate the leadership behaviour of a business leader of our choice, focusing on his/ her characteristics, skills, abilities, and personality traits - which may have had a positiveor a negative impact on the society in general and on the organization in particular.

The discussion should be supported by the relevant academic discourse and enriched by the organizational practices and policies which may enable or disable the leadership engagement.
