Statistics and Probability

Suppose there are manufacturing plants (i) that supply warehouses (from possible locations j) that supply retailers (k) with known demands (dk). The factories have unlimited capacity (can satisfy whatever the warehouses need) but the warehouses have capacities (Aj). Clearly define your variables and write out a formulation for this problem that determines warehousing locations and how items are shipped. Assume manufacturing costs at the plants differ (mi) and processing costs at warehouse (pj) differ (so need to be included).
