Step 1: Identify a program (early childhood education program, classroom, center, etc.) you are providing mentorship, coaching, technical assistance or leadership/supervision. Communicate: Have a discussion with leadership/staff to identify pertinent issues/needs/strengths related to diversity, equity, and culturally responsive practices. Identify how you can provide support utilizing your course learnings. (Your employment place could be an option, as well as the places you regularly support as part of your work). Understand what topic is a priority for the program and how you can contribute with your course learnings and other resources
