• Step 4: Answer the following questions about the case study.
  1. Using the information you learned from Steps 1 and 2, do you believe Jackson's comment was inappropriate, and does it constitute sexual harassment? Do you think he should be fired? Explain your answers.
  2. Do you believe Rainer did the right thing? If not, what do you believe Rainer should have done in this situation?
  3. What would you suggest the company's policy be for similar situations in the future?
