Step 3: Develop an Action Plan. An action plan is a series of steps to achieve a goal (DuBrin, 2012). Once you have completed Steps 1-2, locate the chapter in the textbook that relates to the skills that you have identified and begin researching developmental activities to assist you in improving that skill
