As we begin to wrap up our course, I believe it's important to undertake an exercise in leadership development with an idea of what you want your leadership to look like when it is at its best - in other words; how do you want people to remember you? What legacy do you want to leave? At your retirement party, what do you hope people say about you? What do you hope your family says about you?
