Steps that I will take to build or expand my network is to breach outside of my circle. I need to meet new people with different interests and jobs so can expand my diversity on how I want my career to go. Being in the military this will help me because I am stationed at one duty station for a limited time, and then I leave and go to another. I meet so many people from different walks of life, and different jobs, and I learn more and more about their jobs and careers and it helps me decide what I eventually want to do with my career.
